We had a fun-filled Saturday, despite my pesky cold, celebrating our son's birthday with a Lego themed party. We woke up early on Saturday to prepare for the big day, and braced ourselves for a house full of kids hopped up on sugar and life! We had a blast! Unfortunately, we didn't get many shots of the action because we were so busy taking care of everything else. This is a great example of the advantage of hiring a photographer to capture your special event so that you, as the host, can be present in the moment and enjoy yourself and your guests.
Note to self: take own advice next time and hire a photographer!
